1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of PutIt, an Android application developed and operated by YIFora LLC. By creating an account, accessing or using PutIt, you agree to these Terms and the PutIt Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use PutIt.
You must be at least 13 years old to create or use a PutIt account. If you are under 18, you should use PutIt with the permission of a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.
2. PutIt Service
PutIt provides tools for saving and finding information about belongings and for related everyday tasks. Features may include item organization using text, photos and voice input; Notes; Reminders; Masari; Downloads; Where Am I; Translation; Halal Scanner; Calculator; Friends; messaging; voice and video calls; sharing; and Premium features.
Features may change, be improved, temporarily unavailable or be discontinued. Some features depend on your device, Android permissions, network connection, third-party services or Premium access.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and credentials and for activity performed through your account. Do not share passwords, verification codes, Private PINs, recovery information or other authentication credentials with other people.
You must provide accurate information where PutIt requires it and must not impersonate another person, misuse another person’s account or attempt to gain unauthorized access to PutIt, another user’s information or YIFora LLC systems.
4. Your Content
You retain ownership of content that you create or provide through PutIt, including text, photos, recordings, notes, files, locations, messages and other user content.
You grant YIFora LLC a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, store, copy, transmit, process, display and otherwise handle your content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, maintain and provide PutIt and the features you choose to use.
This licence does not give YIFora LLC the right to sell your content or use it for unrelated advertising or independent commercial exploitation.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions for content you upload, store, send or share. Do not use PutIt to store or distribute unlawful content or content that infringes another person’s rights.
When you share content with another person or another service, copies may remain with that recipient or service even if you later remove the original from PutIt.
5. Friends, Messaging and Calls
Friends, messaging and voice/video calling features are intended for communication between users. You must not use these features to harass, threaten, deceive, abuse, stalk or unlawfully contact another person, distribute malicious content, or violate another person’s privacy or rights.
Blocking and other relationship controls may restrict communications between users. Some friend-management or removal actions may be temporarily unavailable.
PutIt does not guarantee that messages, calls, notifications or other communications will always be delivered immediately or without interruption. Availability can depend on internet access, device state, operating-system restrictions and third-party services.
6. Location, Reminders and Masari
Location-based features are convenience tools and should not be relied upon for emergencies, personal safety, navigation where an error could cause harm, or other situations requiring guaranteed accuracy or availability.
Location information, geofences, routes, addresses and reminders may be inaccurate, delayed or unavailable because of GPS conditions, map or geocoding providers, network availability, device permissions, battery restrictions or other technical conditions.
Masari and related distance or trip information are informational tools. Measurements may differ from vehicle odometers, tax records, official mileage records or other measurement systems. You are responsible for determining whether information produced by PutIt is suitable for your particular recordkeeping, tax, reimbursement or business purpose.
Do not interact with PutIt in a manner that distracts you while driving. Configure features only when it is safe and lawful to do so.
7. Halal Scanner
The Halal Scanner is an informational ingredient-checking tool. It checks published ingredient information associated with a product barcode for pork and pork derivatives according to the feature’s rules.
It is not a halal certification, religious ruling or fatwa, and it does not determine that every aspect of a product is halal. Product databases may contain missing, outdated or inaccurate information. You are responsible for reviewing product labels and making your own purchasing or religious decisions.
8. Translation and Other Tools
Translations, speech recognition, image-text recognition and other automated results may contain errors. Do not rely on these results as the sole source for legal, medical, financial, safety-critical or other decisions where an inaccurate result could cause significant harm.
The Calculator and other convenience tools are provided for ordinary informational use. You are responsible for verifying results when accuracy is important.
9. Notes, Downloads and Local Data
Some PutIt features store information locally on your device. Local information may be lost if you uninstall PutIt, clear application data, lose or replace the device, or experience device or storage failure.
Downloads Cloud Sync and Backup are currently temporarily disabled. You should maintain separate copies of important files.
Private Notes provide additional local protection for protected content. You are responsible for remembering and protecting your PIN and recovery information and for keeping appropriate copies of important information.
10. Premium, Trial and Item Limits
PutIt may provide free features, trial access and paid Premium features. Halal, Translation and Calculator are permanently free.
Notes, Reminders, Masari, Downloads and Where Am I share one 15-day access period beginning when the account is created. Friends requires paid Premium without this trial.
Without Premium, an account may save up to 15 items. Premium increases the item limit to up to 1,000 items. The 15-day feature trial does not increase the free item limit.
Premium subscriptions are offered through Google Play. Current subscription options displayed by PutIt are $2.99 per month and $29.99 per year, subject to the price, currency, tax and terms shown by Google Play at the time of purchase.
Google Play processes subscription payments. RevenueCat is used to manage Premium entitlement information and purchase restoration.
Subscriptions may renew automatically according to the terms displayed by Google Play unless cancelled through Google Play. Deleting PutIt or deleting your PutIt account does not itself cancel a Google Play subscription. You are responsible for managing or cancelling your subscription through Google Play.
Refunds and payment disputes are subject to Google Play’s applicable policies and any rights provided by law.
11. Acceptable Use
You may not use PutIt to violate applicable law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, distribute malware or harmful code, interfere with the operation or security of PutIt, bypass access controls or usage limits, attempt unauthorized access, abuse automated interfaces, or use the service to harm another person.
You may not reverse engineer, circumvent or interfere with security or technical restrictions except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
YIFora LLC may take reasonable measures to protect PutIt, its users and its systems from fraud, abuse, security threats or unlawful activity.
12. Third-Party Services
PutIt depends on third-party services for some functions, including authentication, hosting, storage, artificial-intelligence processing, speech and location services, maps, routing, product information, notifications, subscriptions, email and communications.
Third-party services operate under their own terms, policies and technical conditions. YIFora LLC does not control and cannot guarantee the continuous availability, accuracy or operation of third-party services.
13. Availability and Changes
YIFora LLC may maintain, update, modify or replace PutIt features to improve functionality, security, compliance or reliability. Features may occasionally be interrupted or unavailable.
YIFora LLC does not guarantee that PutIt will always be available, error-free or compatible with every device, Android version, network or third-party service.
14. Account Restrictions and Termination
YIFora LLC may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect PutIt or its users, comply with law, respond to security or abuse, or address a material violation of these Terms.
The in-app account-deletion action is currently temporarily disabled. Where applicable, account-deletion and privacy requests may be directed to yiforallc@gmail.com as described in the Privacy Policy.
Deleting an account does not necessarily remove content or records that must remain for other conversation participants, service integrity, security, legal obligations or other purposes described in the Privacy Policy.
15. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PutIt is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. YIFora LLC does not warrant that PutIt will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure or suitable for every particular purpose.
PutIt is a convenience and organizational application. It is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, religious, emergency, safety or other professional advice.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, protections or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, YIFora LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, business opportunities or goodwill arising from or related to your use of or inability to use PutIt.
These limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
17. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses or expenses arising from your unlawful use of PutIt, your material violation of these Terms, or content you provide that violates another person’s rights.
This section does not require you to indemnify YIFora LLC for conduct for which indemnification cannot lawfully be required.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to YIFora LLC in the State of Ohio, United States, without giving effect to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory consumer, privacy or other legal rights that apply to you.
19. Changes to These Terms
YIFora LLC may update these Terms to reflect changes to PutIt, its services or applicable requirements. The current Terms are made available through PutIt and may also be made available through YIFora LLC’s website.
Where applicable law requires specific notice or consent for a change, YIFora LLC will comply with that requirement. Updating displayed Terms does not by itself override a legal requirement for notice or consent.
20. Language
The English and Arabic versions are intended to have materially equivalent meaning. If there is a discrepancy in translation, the English version is the reference version to the extent permitted by applicable law.
This does not override mandatory language, consumer or other legal rights.
