These Terms and your account These Terms set out the conditions for using PutIt and govern use only to the extent valid under applicable law and properly made available to you. Terms and Privacy are available through Settings. Registration does not include a separate legal-acceptance checkbox or a record of acceptance tied to a particular version. Merely displaying or updating these Terms does not establish that you accepted them; any legally required notice or affirmative acceptance must still be satisfied. Provide accurate account information and protect your credentials and access to your device. PutIt uses Clerk for authentication, verification and account recovery. Do not impersonate another person or use an account you are not authorized to access. You are responsible for your own use of the service, subject to any protections provided by applicable law. PutIt is not directed to children under 13. Users under 13 are not permitted to create or use a PutIt account. Users aged 13 but under 18 should use PutIt with the permission of a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law. YIFora LLC does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 and, if it becomes aware that such information has been collected, will take appropriate steps to delete it, subject to applicable law. Contact yiforallc@gmail.com about a child's information. This policy does not represent that PutIt provides an age-verification or parental-consent verification system. Mandatory protections for minors remain applicable. 2. What PutIt provides PutIt provides tools for recording information about items; Notes and local files; location, reminders and driving/car-location information; translation and ingredient checking; calculations; and account-based Friends, messaging and voice/video calls. Availability depends on the feature, account access, Android permissions, network conditions and required third-party services. The intended distribution of PutIt's first public release is the United States only. YIFora LLC is not currently targeting the European Union/European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Japan or other international markets. Before expanding distribution to another country or territory, YIFora LLC will review these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the applicable legal requirements for that market. This intended distribution scope does not itself mean that store country settings or technical geographic restrictions are in place. It does not promise United States-only storage or processing or exclude mandatory laws and rights that otherwise apply. Downloads Cloud Sync and Backup, in-app account deletion, and certain friend-management/removal actions are currently temporarily disabled. PutIt does not guarantee that a physical item or car will be found or recovered. It is not an emergency service or a substitute for professional navigation, safety procedures or independent backups. 3. Content, local files and your responsibilities You remain responsible for the content you create, store, upload, send or share, including item information, text, Notes, messages, images, audio, files, locations and communications, and for using PutIt lawfully. Share only information and material you are entitled to use and disclose, with any legally required permission or consent. Consider the privacy and rights of people shown or heard in your content. Do not assume that YIFora LLC verifies the legality, accuracy or appropriateness of every user-created file or communication. You retain your rights in your content. Solely to operate and provide PutIt, you grant YIFora LLC a non-exclusive, limited permission to host, store, process, transmit and display your content only to the extent required by the features you use, including delivery to recipients you choose. Necessary service providers may perform those operations for providing the relevant feature; this is not permission for unrelated use. The permission does not transfer ownership or grant a right to sell your content, use it for advertising, or exploit it as an independent commercial product. The scope of this permission follows the actual feature: local storage is not permission to upload local Notes or bypass Private protection. Continued handling after deletion is limited to the shared-history and legitimate cleanup/legal behavior described in Section 10 and the Privacy Policy, subject to applicable law; this is not a perpetual, unrelated exploitation licence. Items and conversation media may be stored on PutIt servers and media storage. Notes and their attachments, Downloads files and Masari trip/car data are local, apart from the related external operations described in the Privacy Policy. Downloads cloud backup is currently disabled. Retain separate copies of important information; reinstalling, losing a device or clearing app data may result in loss of local content. Neither a Premium subscription nor Restore Purchases is a promise to restore these files. Private Notes provide additional local PIN/key-based protection for protected content, not a guarantee that every note or all device information is encrypted or unrecoverable by an attacker. Recovery depends on the relevant device/account requirements. Do not rely on the feature as a substitute for device security or your own backups. 4. Acceptable-use rules Do not use PutIt to distribute unlawful material, infringe others' rights, harass or threaten people, impersonate others, send spam or malicious files, or access data/accounts without permission. Do not evade access controls or abuse the service with disruptive requests. Use cameras, microphones, location sharing and calls lawfully and with any consent required from affected people. Friends, messaging and calls are communication features, not permission to contact someone who does not want communication. Respect blocks and another user's decision not to interact. Blocking can restrict future interactions, but it does not guarantee removal of previously delivered content or copies held elsewhere. You may contact yiforallc@gmail.com regarding misuse or concerns about the service. A general in-app Support form sends a request from your signed-in account, with a subject, message and optional screenshot, through Resend to the same support contact. This is a general contact mechanism, not a dedicated message/user-report service, and successful delivery in every case is not guaranteed. PutIt does not provide automatic content moderation, a formal appeals process or a round-the-clock response team. No automatic resolution or response timetable is promised. 5. Location, reminders, Masari and sharing Location information, GPS coordinates, addresses, distances, speeds, routes, geofence detection and reminder timing are subject to device accuracy, operating-system behavior, permissions, network and map-service limitations. YIFora LLC does not guarantee their absolute accuracy, completeness, timeliness or successful delivery. Verify information independently when accuracy matters. PutIt location features, Where Am I, Reminders and Masari are not emergency or safety services and must not be relied upon for emergencies. They are not a substitute for emergency responders, professional navigation, independent safety procedures or health-critical safeguards. A reminder is not a guaranteed alarm or a reliable sole safeguard for a safety-critical obligation. These disclosures describe how Where Am I and Location Reminders process information and the reasonable limits on relying on them. Background location supports enabled geofences and user-started driving tracking. The operating system may limit tracking or notification delivery. Masari statistics are informational, not a certified measurement or legal driving record. Keep attention on the road; do not operate PutIt while doing so would be unsafe. When you choose a recipient or external sharing service, you disclose the selected content, location link and any accompanying note. Sharing a parked-car link is not automatic continuous live-location sharing. PutIt cannot control what a recipient does with a delivered copy. 6. Translation, transcription, Halal and calculations Translation, OCR and speech-to-text may produce incomplete or incorrect results. Check source material and results before relying on them, particularly for legal, medical or other significant decisions. The Android text/image translator uses local ML Kit processing; some speech input and reminder transcription involve external services as described in the Privacy Policy. The Halal/ingredient scanner is an informational assistance tool that checks the published ingredient list linked to the exact scanned barcode for pork and its derivatives. It is not religious certification, halal certification, a fatwa or a guarantee that a product is religiously acceptable. Barcode matches, product databases, ingredient lists and classification results may be incomplete, outdated or incorrect; neither availability of a result nor the absence of a detected ingredient guarantees a product's composition or halal status. The tool does not invent missing ingredients; incomplete, unavailable or conflicting source information may prevent a conclusion. Independently check the packaging, manufacturer information and an appropriate qualified source when a religious determination is needed. Calculator results depend on the input and supported operations. Verify important calculations independently. 7. Friends, messages and voice/video calls Communications may include text, images, files, voice messages, item snapshots and locations. Conversation information and media are stored for the participants and can include delivery/read status. A sent message or attachment may remain in another participant's history even if your view or account is removed. Calls use WebRTC and network services to establish direct or relayed media connections as needed. PutIt does not provide a call-media recording feature. Other participants may use external recording or copying tools; act accordingly and comply with any consent requirements. These Terms do not promise end-to-end encryption of all communications. Calls, messages, attachments, push notifications and related functions depend on the device, network, operating system, permissions and third-party services. YIFora LLC does not guarantee delivery, receipt, notification display, call quality, uninterrupted connection or continuous availability. A delivery/read indicator is not a guarantee that a person has seen, understood or acted on a communication. PutIt is not an emergency calling service; do not use these functions as a substitute for emergency communications. 8. Free access, trial and Premium The current access model is: - Permanently free: Halal, Translation and Calculator. - Notes, Reminders, Masari, Downloads and Where Am I: one shared 15-day access period beginning at account creation, followed by a requirement for Premium. - Friends: Premium required immediately, with no account-based trial for this feature. - Saved Items: up to 15 without Premium; up to 1,000 with active Premium. The 15-day period starts at the existing account's creation date, not at reinstall, first use or first opening of each feature. Installing on another device does not create a new period for that account. It is internal access to the listed features, not a Google Play free-trial subscription, and does not automatically purchase or bill a subscription. It does not increase the free item limit. Entitlement and account-information checks may affect access while information is unavailable. The current subscription plans are Monthly at US$2.99 and Annual at US$29.99. These figures describe the current plans; they are not a permanent price guarantee or a promise of the same price/availability in every region. The localized price, billing period, applicable taxes and purchase terms shown by Google Play for the selected product at purchase are the actual reference. 9. Billing, renewal, cancellation and Restore Purchases Android subscription purchases are processed through Google Play Billing, with RevenueCat used to verify and associate Premium entitlement with the PutIt account. Purchase the actual plan presented by the store. PutIt does not set a subscription active simply because an initial transaction screen appeared successful; entitlement information must be confirmed and can require refresh or restoration. Subscriptions may renew automatically under the terms shown by Google Play unless canceled through its subscription-management controls. Manage and cancel the subscription in Google Play using the purchasing store account. Payments, renewal, cancellation, any continued access after cancellation and refund eligibility follow the actual store purchase terms and applicable mandatory rights. These Terms do not add a cancellation cutoff, grace period, guaranteed refund or a special refund policy. Uninstalling PutIt, signing out or deleting a PutIt account is not a request to Google Play to cancel a subscription. Handle store cancellation separately. Restore Purchases requests current store/RevenueCat information and checks whether an active Premium entitlement is available for the relevant identity. It does not create a new purchase or revive an expired subscription, and is not a backup or restoration of Notes, Downloads or trip files. Use the appropriate PutIt and Google Play account. If entitlement cannot be confirmed, the app may report that no active subscription was found or that verification is unavailable. Premium provides the access and quotas described above; it does not override temporarily disabled features or guarantee availability of every third-party service. 10. Deletion, termination and shared history Use available feature controls to manage or delete content. The in-app account-deletion action is temporarily disabled. Contact YIFora LLC at yiforallc@gmail.com regarding privacy, personal-data or account-deletion requests, where applicable. Ordinary emails do not automatically trigger deletion, and there is no separate automated verification process for deletion requests sent by ordinary email. Additional ownership information may be needed to handle a request lawfully; do not email passwords, Private PINs, recovery keys or verification codes. Sending an email or selecting a disabled action is not proof that deletion has been completed. If the in-app account-deletion service becomes available, it requires a signed-in account verified through Clerk. When available and accepting a request, it blocks further use of the account, removes personal server records and arranges cleanup of related provider and storage data. Acceptance of a request is not completion of cleanup. This description does not mean that the service is currently available, and these Terms promise no automatic email processing or completion deadline. Conversation messages and linked media, including previously delivered attachments, shared item snapshots and call/history references may remain in another user's conversation/history; limited account references and records needed to complete deletion and keep data consistent may also remain for the relevant service, legitimate operational, security or legal purposes, subject to applicable law. No general automatic purge deadline is promised for these records. Deleting a view, file, account or app does not erase copies that recipients saved outside PutIt or guarantee immediate deletion from every provider backup. The Privacy Policy describes retention and these distinctions; these Terms add no fixed deletion period. To the extent permitted by applicable law, YIFora LLC may restrict, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address a material breach of these Terms, unlawful use or a genuine security or abuse risk. Any action must respect mandatory consumer rights, required notice and any legally required opportunity to seek review; this is not a right to disregard paid-service obligations. PutIt restricts use of accounts undergoing deletion or already deleted and supports user-to-user blocking. This contractual provision does not represent that a formal abuse-suspension, appeal or advance-warning system exists, or promise a particular review/notice timetable. 11. Intellectual property and service changes PutIt software, branding and other service materials remain subject to the rights of their respective owners and applicable third-party licences. These Terms do not claim that YIFora LLC exclusively owns all code, libraries or other materials. To the extent YIFora LLC owns or is authorized to license the relevant service materials, it grants you a limited, non-exclusive permission to install and run PutIt and use its intended functions lawfully under these Terms and applicable store terms. This does not transfer ownership or override rights available under applicable open-source/third-party licences or mandatory law. Access restrictions remain subject to Section 10 and mandatory consumer rights. Your own content rights are addressed separately in Section 3. Features may change or be unavailable because of maintenance, technical conditions or dependencies. YIFora LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability or loss-free storage. Changes to paid access or subscription terms must remain subject to actual store terms and applicable consumer rights; this is not permission to ignore existing obligations. 12. Disclaimer of warranties To the extent permitted by applicable law, PutIt, its features and information obtained through it are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". YIFora LLC disclaims warranties, whether express, implied or statutory, to the extent they may lawfully be excluded, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. This clause does not negate an express obligation under these Terms or a warranty or remedy that applicable law does not permit YIFora LLC to exclude. YIFora LLC does not guarantee absolute security, uninterrupted or error-free operation, loss-free storage, successful communication delivery, or the absolute accuracy, completeness or timeliness of GPS/location, reminders, OCR, translation, transcription, barcode/product information, Halal results or third-party data and services. Third-party providers can change, fail or provide inaccurate information. Independently verify important information and maintain separate copies of important content. These disclaimers do not alter the Premium access rules or remove mandatory consumer remedies. 13. Limitation of liability and non-waivable rights To the extent permitted by applicable law, YIFora LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities or goodwill, arising out of or relating to use of or inability to use PutIt, including failures of devices, networks or third-party services, even if advised of the possibility of such loss. Claims relating to loss of data are excluded only to the extent they fall within these lawfully excludable categories; this clause does not exclude all data-related liability or every direct loss. No disclaimer or liability limitation in these Terms excludes or restricts liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury where the relevant exclusion is unlawful, breach of non-waivable privacy/data-protection duties, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Mandatory statutory consumer rights, warranties, remedies and other protections remain available. If an exclusion is not permitted, it applies only to the extent the law allows. These Terms set no numerical aggregate liability cap. 14. Limited indemnification Only to the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify YIFora LLC against third-party claims and resulting damages, liabilities and reasonable costs, including reasonable legal fees to the extent lawfully recoverable, to the extent attributable to your unlawful content, infringement of another person's rights, unlawful use of PutIt or intentional material breach of these Terms. This does not cover ordinary lawful use, exercise of statutory rights, or losses attributable to YIFora LLC's own breach, negligence or other wrongful conduct. It does not create strict liability for another person's acts merely because they occurred through your account without your authorization. YIFora LLC must give you reasonable notice of a claim and a reasonable opportunity to participate in its defense, subject to applicable legal requirements. No settlement may impose a non-monetary obligation or admission on you without your consent. This provision does not override consumer or minor-protection rules, transfer YIFora LLC's own non-waivable duties to you, or require indemnification where it is prohibited or unenforceable. 15. Governing law and disputes YIFora LLC is registered in Ohio, USA. To the extent legally permitted, these Terms and disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio and applicable United States federal law. This choice does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections under applicable law, including protections of the country or jurisdiction of habitual residence that cannot lawfully be waived. Nothing in these Terms overrides applicable privacy/data-protection law or other non-waivable law, prevents a complaint to a competent regulator, or requires a consumer to surrender access to a court available under mandatory law. Questions or concerns may be sent to yiforallc@gmail.com, but contacting YIFora LLC first is not a condition that overrides a statutory remedy or deadline. These Terms impose no mandatory arbitration, class-action waiver or exclusive court venue. 16. Updates and languages These Terms may be revised to reflect real changes to the service. Legal text is available through Settings. PutIt does not provide a dedicated update-notice process or a record of acceptance tied to a particular version. Updating displayed text does not by itself establish that you received notice or accepted new terms. Notice or consent required by applicable law, especially for material or paid-service changes, must still be provided; no automatic delivery or fixed advance-notice period is promised. The English and Arabic versions are intended to have materially equivalent meaning. If there is a discrepancy in translation, the English version is the reference version to the extent permitted by applicable law. This does not reduce any mandatory user, consumer, privacy or language rights, or override an applicable legal requirement concerning the version provided to you.
